Hi @piperpeninfo
I hope you’re well today!
This rarely happening but is always caused by a conflict on UI (“user interface”) layer level – usually it’s either a CSS from theme or other plugin “covering” the area somehow or a 3rd-party JS breaking interface.
Unfortunately, issues like this are always individual to the setup and since it’s the part of the plugin that’s not publicly accessible/visible, it’s difficult to say “out of the box” what exactly is causing it.
But to start with:
– if you hit “Esc” key on keyboard – does it close it?
– if not, try navigating to the “Skip…” link using “tab” and arrow keys on keyboards
This should let you skip that wizard and if it does, see if you can navigate through plugin options and set them or if they are also blocked or the pages look broken.
If they do, let us know, please.
Kind regards,
Adam
