Setup Wizard intrusively hijacks login

We have been using this plugin for many years on many of the websites we create. Unfortunately, there is now an issue where this setup wizard aggressively hijacks the session when first logging in. How do we get this wizard to go away on install? We always set up the plugin and have no need for this… it is in the way.
