Ionel Roiban, it’s unclear whether you can’t access the page at all, or you have an issue like himanshu_ag, but if you have an issue of the OneSignal link nowhere to be found then check https://wordpress.org/support/topic/update_plugins-admin-check?replies=1#post-8729238 for a possible reason and fix.
