Does anyone know how to setup goals to track people that sign up on your website WITHOUT using a “thank you” page? Thanks in advance.

If you use the html code from this one:

https://wordpress.org/support/topic/google-analytics-event-tracking-1?replies=3

and the information on this page:
https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/analyticsjs/events

then you should be able to set up a goal event.
