    Hi @chrisbdm

The settings page loads fine on our end.

    Screenshot for your reference: https://prnt.sc/GB-uaISFjWgE

Could you please disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and Print Invoice & Delivery Notes, and then check if the issue persists when opening the Settings tab?

If the issue is resolved, please enable the disabled plugins one by one and check the Settings tab after enabling each plugin. This will help us identify if any particular plugin is causing a conflict.

Please let us know the results.

    Hi.

Thank you for replying. I have deactivated the plugins as suggested, but I still get the error message popping up. I’ve attached a screenshot – https://ibb.co/ycfZfqWx

    Hi @chrisbdm

    Thank you for the screenshot.

Since this only happens on your site and not in my testing, it’s most likely something specific to your site’s environment (a security/firewall plugin, browser extension, or a caching/session issue).

To pin down the exact cause, could you do the following and share a screenshot or the details?

    1. Open the Settings page where the error appears.
    2. Press F12 (or right-click > Inspect) to open Developer Tools, then click the “Network” tab.
    3. Reload the page.
    4. Look for any request in red/failed (it may mention “wp-json” or “wcdn”) and click it.
    5. Share a screenshot of that request’s details.

Also, if you could try the following, it would help rule things out:

    • Open the page in an incognito/private browser window with extensions disabled.
    • Let me know if you’re using any security or caching plugins (e.g., Wordfence, Sucuri, WP Rocket, etc.).
    • Also, let me know the plugin version you use.

Once I have that info, I’ll be able to identify the exact cause and get it fixed quickly.
