Settings page does not work

Hi there!

Congrats fot the work. I installed the plugin but when i try to go to the settings page the WP doe snot load nothing. I check that every post show a list of 4 related posts, but it0s impossible to configure the settings.

Hi @lasiciliaes

This sounds like a conflict of some sort with another plugin.

Would you be able to disable other plugins one by one and see if it resolves the YARPP settings page issue? This may help us narrow down the issue.

Also, just as a test, have you tried using another web browser ex. Firefox, Chrome, Safari or Edge?

Hi!

I try in different browsers. And I also disable all the plugins but the problem persist…When i go to the settings page it show all white.

@lasiciliaes very strange. have you tried to reinstall YARPP? can you please share a screenshot of what you’re seeing?

I have the same problem… when i click in the “save changes” the page goes blank.

@lasiciliaes’s issue is different. They are getting a blank settings page all the time. Not when they click “save changes”.

We haven’t been able to replicate either issue on our end.

If you can provide additional details, it would help. PHP version, WordPress version, YARPP version, Browser, OS

Also, please try to disable other plugins one by one to narrow down a possible conflict.

@impulsor We’ve seen the issue you’re facing once before when there was another plugin that was loading poorly structured JavaScript on YARPP’s admin page. So my hunch is it’s another plugin. If you can disable one-by-one (and if that resolves the issue – let us know the plugin), it would help.

The screenprint is only white…nothing else. I installed again, but nothing. It’s a pity

@lasiciliaes are there any errors in your Browser Console?

If so, please share a screenshot of the errors.

Screenshots and any other info would generally help. There hasn’t been much info shared so far for us to try to replicate the error. Any additional information would be greatly appreciated to enable us to help you.

– Browser version
– OS version
– Do you have an Ad blocker or a Script blocking browser extension or firewall installed? Are you blocking JavaScript?
– Have you tried in your Browser’s Incognito mode?

It was 4.9. I don´t know why the wp was not updated…

The last versión of wordpress and yarpp… I try to disable plugins but i have voy found the problem…
