Settings not working

Hello,

My website gymtraining.net is now up and running with wordpress but I can not access my setting panel in the admin panel for some reason. Whenever I click the navigation box for the settings panel for example the general link this comes up:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function settings_fields() in /home2/darkhybr/public_html/gymtraining.net/wordpress/wp-admin/options-general.php on line 56

It is also the same for all the other links in this section. I have tried re uploading the different files for this but it isnt working.

Please can someone assist me?
