Settings Lost On Update

Took several days before we realised the settings for redirecting had gone, that’s not one customers are signing up for something and then not getting it. There is also an annoying popup in admin that won’t go away.

First of all, we are sorry for your trouble.
Last update was a major update, and so far only two people (including you), have reported on cases of missing data during update (out of more then 100,000 updates that has been made).
Sometimes those things happens, even when you pay for a product (and our plugin comes for free). We did provided an easy way of restoring that data in those rare cases.About the popup not going away – are you sure it does not go away when you click here? When you hit the close button, the popup should go away and not show again until the next time you update the plugin.
Right now we are updating the plugin pretty frequently, but in 3-4 weeks we hope to update it not more than once a month.
