Settings get lost after deactivation

    Hi,

    usually, plugins keep their settings after deactivation and reactivation. Not so Wordfence. I allways have to fill in again, say, the email adress. While I can export all settings and reimport them, I don’t quite get the idea behind it. Can’t we keep the data? It happens very often that I have to deactivate a plugin for test purposes. Is there a more convenient workaround?

    Hi @cutu234,

    Can you let me know if you have the following field checked or unchecked?

    Wordfence -> All Options -> Delete Wordfence tables and data on deactivation

    Oh, I’m so sorry. The site owner enabled this option, I guess. I hadn’t thought of that. Thank you very much for the awesome support.
