Settings for http headers?

It’s very difficult to tell you what options you should enable, as that depends on your personal requirements.

Before enabling one option, the best for you would be to read the help documentation for it first. All the documentation can be found here:

In regards to headers, we suggest you to read the following:

And, yep, there is a report that shows all your site activities (including blocks, IPs…). To access this, you can enable Audit Trail module and use its Viewer:
