Settings for basic plugin

    Hello! I need someone to guide me in the settings so it can function properly.
    In order to get real time rates, I need to fill in below.

    This is what I did:

    Realtime rates: enable (checked)
    Method title: Fedex
    Fedex account number: 00xxxx (done)
    Fedex meter number: blank
    Web services key: blank
    Web services password: blank
    Production key: checked
    Debug mode: enable (checked)
    Residential: uncheck
    Insurance: enable (checked)
    Fedex one: enable (checked)
    Request types: list types
    Fedex smartpost hub: N/A
    Indicia: Parcel select
    Offer rates: offer the customer all returned rates
    Origin passcode: blank (whose passcode?)
    Rates in base currency: uncheck

    Please check if it is okay. Regarding the “blank” one I don’t know what to put.

    Is web services key test account number?

    Test Password: xxx

    Test Account Number: xxx (for FedEx Web Services for Shipping only)

    Test Meter Number: XXX (for FedEx Web Services for Shipping only)

    I only received these three. But no web services key?
    Test password will be web services password right?

    Hi shoshoamoora,
    Your password is not the web services key. You can get your web services key by following the steps in this link.

    Hi Elvin,

    I got it already but now the problem is passcode.

    FedEx is enabled, but the origin postcode has not been set.

    Origin passcode is my passcode?

    Hi shoshoamoora,
    You need to set your origin postcode. Your origin postcode is the postcode of the place from where you will be shipping your products.

    After I saved the settings what should I do?

    I am sorry I do not understand from the guide hundred percent. I still need to ask someone.

    I really cannot understand with the setup guidelines. I need someone who guides me in detail where to go next, what to do, etc.

    I need live support. Any live support for fedex plugin?

    Now I am using test mode for fedex basic. I already received production key too. So what should I do now? Should I change the test mode credentials to production one?

    Production key I received:

    Supported Web Services: FedEx Web Services for Shipping
    Authentication Key: 09ixxx
    Meter Number: 097xx

    We are not providing live email support for basic customers.

    You can use test mode for initial testing. Once completed, you can move production mode.
