Settings can not be saved

    Hi,

    I’m struggling to save settings.

    I’m changing default language, set width and height, change download link text.

    After cliked Save, message returned is “Default profile updated”.

    But everything is flushed. Default language is “Bahasa Indonesia” and everything else is empty.

    I’ve tried to add new profile and change settings to the new profile. But that doesn’t work either.

    Any suggestions?

    Sorry but I’m not too sure without seeing it.

    There could be a conflict with other plugins, or something unusual on your site – I haven’t heard this from anyone else.

    Feel free to send me admin login details if you’d like me to take a look, but I can’t promise I’ll know the answer… it could just be a general WordPress question for your regular developers/support.
