You can edit the home slider in Appearance > Theme Options > Home Slider Settings.

i don’t have that setting. Could it be because I have tested out a couple of themes. Is there a cleanup I should do in between activating different themes?
Your best bet would be to uninstall and reinstall the theme.
I had a very odd error with this theme about a month ago where none of my CSS was displaying at all. After re-installing, my site worked without an issue. And I’ve been using this theme for over a year, and other than that one problem I’ve never had an issue. It’s a solid theme, just try a re-install and that should help you.

Make sure you have installed the virtue toolkit which is recommended when you activate the the theme.
