Setting up an uploads folder for CAPTCHA

    I’m setting up my first form using Contact Form 7, and I want captcha but when I include captcha fields in the form I get the following message

    This contact form contains CAPTCHA fields, but the temporary folder for the files (/home/tgrady/webapps/temp/wp-content/uploads/wpcf7_captcha) does not exist or is not writable. You can create the folder or change its permission manually.

    I checked on my server and the folder didn’t exist so I set it up but still when I try to save the new contact form I get the same message.

    I managed to fix this after Googling the answer. It would help if the alert message (quoted above) included advice to check the path for the uploads folder in Settings > Media.
