Setting Title and Meta Description

    Hi
    I am using The Events Calendar Free version and it’s great! But I just have a small issue with regards to the title and description.
    When I set it up I changed the slug to /whats-on/ and so this is my main list of events. I also have a number of event categories under this.
    I have so far added around 100 events and the search engines are starting to take notice.
    However I have just noticed that the title for /whats-on/ has disappeared and just shows ‘Mozilla Firefox’ in my browser. Also the description for the /whats-on/ page that Google has used is a past event and does not look professional.
    I would like to know where I can set the title and description for this page.
    Please also note that I am using SEO by Yoast which I feel may be interfering with this page.
    Also please note that the titles etc work fine on the categories as I can access these via my wordpress panel so its just the main listing page.
    In the events calendar I am using the full styles display with default page template in list view.
    I’d appreciate any help anyone could provide.

    Hello,
    as you said your SEO plugin SEO by Yoast might be interfering with the page. Go to SEO => Titles and Metas => Taxonomies and check your settings in “Event Categories”.

    Good call kaniamea. eic2010, did that help? You might try searching our PRO Forum for other folks using SEO by Yoast in case they can help you out.

    Apologies for the delay in replying. The settings in Event Categories seem fine, I have it set to %%term_title%% %%page%%
    All the titles are working fine on the event categories, just not on the main slug /whats-on/ which is blank
    I don’t understand where the issue could be?
