I apologize if I’m missing what your saying, I’m going by what I know…
The settings page only has the Color Scheme and five options (Table Headers, Table Rows, etc.), the type of league is set in the League preferences after you create a league on the Overview page. Let me know if that helps or if I’m totally missing the problem.

You’re completely right lamontef! I totally missed the settings per team. It works as a charm now.
However the general settings page is still “broken”. See below error message I get when opening the page. Though not critical, I think this shoudl be fixed of course.

I can’t duplicate this error on any of the installations I have right now, but I’ll grab a fresh copy of the plugin and install again to check. I might need a bit more information…
