Setting Anker doesn’t work properly

Hi Guys,

I have a strange behaviour when setting anker.

Please check here on my website.

If you click on one of the first 10 links you should jump to the headline. But unfortunately the anker is not perfekt because the target of the anker is below the headline, so you will not see the headline.

If have checked this behaviour on desktop and notebook and mobile. It only works perfectly on Mobile devise, but not on desktop and notbook.

Does anybody know how to fix this issue?
