Set min and max number doesn´t work

Hi!

When i set the min and max number in the block controls and try it, it works fine, but when i published the change (save successfully!) and try in a new window from the shared link, the question does not respect the limits and the people can put any number.

i saw that even when i published the change and the successfully tag appear if i reload the page the change is not in place.
