Services in Menu Tab

My Services (“Change Management Skills” section is not showing up properly. This is how it shows up on my Front Page: http://www.mountaintopsoftware.com/

And when I click on the Services tab it shows the Archive of the Services content, as seen here: http://www.mountaintopsoftware.com/services

I have the settings in the page attributes section template to services.

Also, if you take a look at the other tabs (products, support, etc.) The Individual Header image works for those, but is also not showing up in my services section.

Is anyone having similar issues or can push me in the right direction to solve this problem?
