You mean in the admin area? I guess you can edit it from inside the Types plugin, just be sure not to break anything. It’s there with all the other custom post types.
Not sure what you’re referring to? Do you mean the Services widget title, Our Services? You just need to enter a title for that widget.
If it’s in another place that I can’t remember atm, then you can translate the theme by using Poeditor or another similar software. The theme provides a .pot file located in the languages folder so it’s easy to translate.
