@hchouhan
The output that I shared above indicated that the server is not blacklisted. Further to that point, another site on the same server using your plugin does work. The only difference I can see is that one site has SSL active, the other does not. This might be causing the issue? The SSL active site does not connect, the not SSL does.
Something to think about perhaps?
Hello @terasuccubi,
You are right the server is not blocked, however the request was blocked as you can find from the last section of the output which I have provided below
Request Blocked.
*We had to block your request because of something that looked suspicious. Please reach out to support Reference Number: 00.6cc8d917.1482858951.52fdde0
It could be related to SSL, but this is an assumption. You can try contacting support of MailChimp and provide them with the reference numb.er
Fair enough, I’ll see what they have to say about this and leave their comments here when they do so…
Update:
I have the plugin working again, but there is no explanation as to why it wasn’t working before from the response that Mailchimp sent me.
Hello @terasuccubi,
Since you are on shared hosting this might, unfortunately, happen again. I would suggest checking it few times a week to make sure it works. If the problem continues changing host or moving to the site to another server on with the same host might help fix the issue.
