    Hi – I have just purchased a new licence and when updating the licence key on the client’s website it comes up with the following error message: SERVER_ERROR NO: 11 MSG: Service disabled. The licence itself says it is active. I have tried to find a different licence code in case it has changed with my new purchase but I cannot find one in the dashboard. Thanks!

    Please synchronize the plugin with your Control Panel here:
    WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> press the button “Synchronize with Cloud”
