Server Template does not download

I have bought and activated Premium. I am trying to download server side webhooks – GA4, but I get an error.
api.gtmkit.com/api/v1/generate-template-premium/:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

Hi,
The Pemium GTM Kit seems to be activated, but the activation is gone on reload. Something must have changed in the backend since the Server-Side Webhooks – GA4 was active after I activated with the key.
I also asked to get a JSON file with the URL and container ID values inserted while you/they figure out what is wrong.
I sent a Premium support message to https://gtmkit.com/contact/, but there is no receive acknowledgement sent to my mailbox. What can I expect?
