    Hello,

    i installed Backwpup but get the information:

    Server self connect:Not expected HTTP response:
    Status-Code: 401
    Server: nginx
    Date: Wed, 22 Feb 2017 03:17:10 GMT
    Content-type: text/html
    Content-length: 188
    Www-authenticate: Basic realm=”hancockteam”

    I am new to wordpress and it´s probably a very simple problem, but I don´t know how to solve it. I am grateful for any help.

    Hi @trang250393, are you still experiencing this error? Usually this indicates BackWPup is unable to connect to your wp-cron.php. Do you have it password protected?
