    Hello,

    The server response of the translated page is 5506 ms, but when requesting again, the server response is already 36 ms.

    The response time of not translated page around 20-40 ms.

    How is it possible to fix?

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching us!

    What you can try to improve your site speed is to enable the “Disable dynamic translation” feature from the Settings->TranslatePress->Advanced tab.

    Also,you can enable the “Disable translation for gettext strings” feature from the same path and see if there is any improvement in your website speed.

    What you can also try is the “Optimize TranslatePress database tables” feature which can increase your website performance.

    Remember,the secondary languages are expected to be a little bit slower than the default language due to translations that need to be loaded.
