"Server error" in "Playbuzz Content" tab

    We installed the Playbuzz plug-in for our WordPress blog (www.kandongsee.com/en) a few weeks ago, and are now trying to embed quizzes into our posts. However, whenever we try to use the Playbuzz plug-in in “Classic Mode” or “Backend Editor” (by clicking the Playbuzz icon), we get stuck. A Playbuzz window pops up, and in the “Playbuzz Content” tab we get a message saying “Server error, Please try again in a few minutes”. We’ve been trying for a while now, with no luck!

    We’ve found the quizzes on Playbuzz’s website, and have been able to embed them by posting the URL into the “Classic Mode” text editor, but we’re also having problems with this (the bottom of the quiz keeps getting cut off). Is there any way to fix the server error, so that we can embed the quizzes using the “Backend Editor”?

    Hi James,
    We’ve done some maintenance yesterday and we’re aware to the fact that it resulted some down time for our users.

    Please try again now, it should work.
    One more thing: We always recommend using the latest version of the plugin. So if you’re not using the latest one, please update.
