Please be informed that the blocksy theme is working perfectly with ElementsKit at our development end. Please check this video for a better understanding.
There are several reasons for occurring the 500 internal server error. Please run a conflict tests on your site. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for Elementskit and Elementor and check if the issue persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue In this way you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.
If the issue persists, check the memory limit of your site. Please ensure the below configurations match your system:
- max_execution_time = 100
- memory_limit = 512M
Then check the PHP version (PHP 7.4) of your site. Hopefully, in this way, this issue will be solved. Let us know if you need further assistance.
