Server default_charset. utf8mb4 or UTF-8 ?

    Hello
    What is the official recommendations (default_charset utf8mb4 or UTF-8 ? ) for new, fresh installs of WordPress 4.7 and above on the server side (hosting).

    utf8mb4 is the default for new installations of WordPress, unless otherwise forced, so I recommend sticking with that.
