Seriously Need Help With Organizing

So my blog is about 2 years old and i am just really starting to really get an organizational structure to it. I want the post that i already tagged and categorized to fall into my menu bar but the only problem is when i add the tag as a menu item, all of my posts arent there and i have to go manually find them. Please help!

I just need a plugin or something to help me take and category/tag, make it an item on my menu, and have all of those posts fall under that menu bar so they can be easily found without having to search the site.

I also would like a “more on strawberricurls” widget at on the site and some posts on the sidebar as my “top rated posts” . please help… overwhelmed
