Serious Word Count Error

The plugin works well apart from the word count. We purchased the developer subscription and began moving several of our websites across to this plugin. Before long all the 500,000 words that came with the subscription were consumed so we purchased another 100,000 words. This run out straightway so we purchased another 200,000 words which also run out straight away. This did not seam correct so we did a word count of our website that was 14,000 words multiplied by 10 languages for a result of 140,000 words. The other websites were similar word count but with only 3 to 4 languages. So about another 100,000 words. We went to their help desk to enquire about what is going on when we have about 240,000 words but so far used over 800,000 words according to their word count. They gave us an additional 500,000 words to resolve the issue saying the word count issue is now fixed. However I made a small change to a website page and then found another 100,000 words has been consumed which indicates the word count issue is not been corrected and that they are potential incorrectly counting the word count around 4 times higher than actual to scam unsuspecting users.
