• When upgrading from an older version of the theme DIVI to version 4.27.4, a serious compatibility issue occurred with your plugin, I didn’t expect this, the test in staging clone site was ok. So I deactivated plugin. Even after disabling it, some of its elements were corrupted and it shows as text some css on the top of site ( we are talking about the custom background color setting of the website,) I also tried with older versions of your plugin, but issue remains , when I activate your plugin there is a big conflict with the theme DIVI , can you help me please ????

    Hi,

Divi is compatible with our plugin. The issue could potentially be caused by a conflict with another plugin or configuration on the site.

Could you please share a short video demonstrating the exact issue? This will help us better understand what’s happening and investigate it further.

No sir, when I upgraded DIVI , only yours plugin had a confict ., I activated it again as a test. When I click on the setting to move plugin to the footer of site through advanced settings the problems are solved, but not completely, the background color is no longer visible, but when I move it to the top ( disable previous setting to footer ) there is a serious compatibility problem and confict there , how is it possible for it to be at the top but without conflicting with divi???
