Separating Blog into Sections/Topics

    Hey, I should preface this by mentioning that I am quite new to WordPress and blogging.

    Basically, I want to be able to separate the site into multiple sections or topics. My blog revolves around interviews with various individuals from various backgrounds. I want to be able to post each interview into different relevant sections.

    For instance, post an interview with a boxing coach in a ‘coaches’ page so to speack.
