SEO plugins not working

Hello,
I have 2 SEO plugins that suddenly have stopped working, SEO Pressor and WP Easy SEO. I’ve had them both for months activated with no problems until the last week or so. At the same time, I was getting a message about my exe-php whether I was working on an article with php or not. After numerous attempts to trouble shoot for the php and the SEO pluggins, I decided to delete the exe plugin I had and add a different hoping that would solve the issue. Well, obviously it didn’t (for all I know is not even related since the plugins are not working with any content I add).
Then, I decided to deactivate one of the plugins to see if one was interfering with the other (even though I have have them both activated at the same time for months with no issue). Well, that didn’t work either.
The reason I decided to contact WP and not each plugin is because neither one of the plugins work which leads me to believe that it’s the website and not the plugins.
Or is it the php issue even though neither one of the plugins word regardless of whether I use php or not?
Please help me as promptly as possible!
