"sent" Time is one hour behind

When a I receive emails. the “sent at” time always is an hour later then I actually sent it.

steps:

fill out contact form
send

What happens:

I receive the email fine, but when I open it, the time is not correct for the “sent” time. It is always showing one hour earlier then it actually was sent.

This time difference is only when you open the mail.

Other observations:

I fill out the form and submit it at 11am.

when I view it in the inbox, it is received right away, but the “sent” time says 10am even though the actually time is 11am.
