Sendpress remove unsubscribe

I don’t use public subscribers. I subscribe myself every member of a sportsclub. So the newsletters are only for all the members of the club. Only if they end their membership I remove their emailadresses. This means they should not have the possibility to unsubscribe. So how do i remove unsubscribe below the newsletter?
