I replied via email to your question earlier today. Did you not receive it? I can post it here too if you didn’t get it.
Many thanks for your reply. Got your email, but need to find out from other users whether they have any solutions. We can send the test mail out and but the list email have been stalled on the queue.
Have tried other newsletter and it is working on the list too but we like your rich text editor more .
Host confirmed that they are not blocking emails from programme on the web unless it is exploited for mass spamming.
We have rebuilt the wordpress and plugin twice in the past 2 days.

Do you have access to your apache error logs? I have seen issues where fcgid timeouts occur trying to send messages. Either the timeout is too low or you could be trying to send too manyrssages at a time. To test, try lowering your hourly limit just to see if they go out. If its not working the answer should be in the apache error logs.
Thanks for your answer :
1. I try to send out email list testing to 2 accounts only, but it did not send out and it stalled.
2. For the error log, the followings are the error log :
——————————————————–
mod_fcgid: call /home/xxx.com/the folder/sub-folder/index.php with wrapper /home/jdn.com.sg/fcgi-bin/php5.fcgi
mod_fcgid: call /home/xxx.com/the folder/sub-folder/wp-cron.php with wrapper /xxx/xxx.com/fcgi-bin/php5.fcgi
———————————————————
3. The sys administrator told me that the server is not sending any active emails except normal feedback / contact email on the individual websites.
4. Have lowered the hourly limit from but the software still does not active.
I even try and use wp-smtp plugin to send emails as per suggested by others but it did not succeed.
Questions, if I am using php 5.2.17 and mysql 5.0, will this be the reason causing the problems.

Could you send the support information described in the knowledgebase article below to hello at sendpress.com?
Please click the following link for instructions on what info to provide support. http://sendpress.com/support/knowledgebase/what-information-should-i-provide-in-a-support-ticket/
Also, could you send/post a screenshot of your SMTP settings? I would be very curious to see if Gmail works, instead of your web host.
Can email me your private address for me to send the printscreen, this post does not seems to support uploading of pictures.
I have firewall and anti malware installed at the moment but I remove them and install a fresh wordpress and install the sendpress plugin without them on. The problem persists. Next I install the firewall and anti malware back.
I installed another 2 newsletter plugins and it went through. If I have a choice, I will go with sendpress because the editor features is easy to handle with no code amendment needed and do not need to update the code manually for the editor in the future.
