    I sent two newsletters this morning, and they appear sent, but they have not been received. I went through some testing with your chatbot, and was told to contact support with the following information:

    • I’m an experienced user with years of MailPoet usage
    • Emails show as “sent” but aren’t being delivered
    • Mail Tester confirms no delivery
    • System Status shows no errors
    • This started this morning

    The email FROM address is “lisa” the link provided. Please let me know if you need any more information.
