Sending bcc email

I hope someone can help me.
I’ve set up a contact page on my website – wwww.rudisbalitours.com. I want emails to go the person (Rudi) and to myself and someone else as blind copies. The code I’ve set up is in the html page (the contact page), it is not php code. I’ve set up a simple tag and inserted the email details, but neither my friend or I are receiving the emails.
