Sending Additional Email Reminder

I understand the admin can set Events Manager to send an event reminder “x” days prior to an event. But, can emails be sent on demand as well? We often hold web-conference meetings and find it helpful to send out a meeting reminder 10 minutes before the meeting. Can this be manually triggered?
