Send to email from Dropdown

I wanna make a select with a bunch of emails and allow the user to select one from the dropdown, then when they hit select the email gets sent to that email the user chose.

However, I want it to display the name of the department. For example….

The user will see “Support” in the dropdown, but when they select it and hit submit, it will be sent to “support@email.com”.

Is this possible to do ? I really love this plugin and don’t want to ever switch, but really need this feature!
