Send notification email when draft event becomes published

    After building a custom publishing procedure where users are able to save a draft event and then publish it later we stopped getting notification emails from published events. It appears that when a draft event is published, no notifications are triggered.

    Could you make draft to published trigger the same notifications as saving directly as published?

    Correction, the notification is sent correctly even when publishing from a draft. The issue was caused by another piece of code that hooked to em_event_save and prevented the later hooks from running.
