    Hello!

Now I have to go into the order and manually send the invoice e-mail. Is it possible to add this as a choice in the drop down in WooCommerce order list? So that I can send the invoice to multiple orders at once, and then setting them to completed?

I don’t want to send the invoice every time I complete an order, but I want to be able to send the invoice to many orders at once. Hopefully the orders could then keep their check in the check box, or be moved to a new order status so that I can complete them in bulk without losing track of which orders have gotten the invoice and not.

    Thank you!

Hi! This is more of a WooCommerce feature since it’s not actually the PDF invoice plugin that sends those emails but WooCommerce itself. I think the easiest approach here is to use a plugin for custom statuses (like this one) and then create a status “Invoice sent”, which triggers its own email to which you attach the invoice.

    Hope that helps!
