I’m afraid this is not currently a feature offered by the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin.
The plugin is designed to sync your WooCommerce products to your Facebook shop and doesn’t have the built-in functionality to send the Email parameter for all events through the API connection.
However, I would suggest considering custom development or seeking assistance from a developer to achieve this specific functionality.
Additionally, we recommend asking development questions on the channel of the WooCommerce Community Slack. Many of our developers hang out there and will be able to offer insights into your question.
