“Send e-mail” button in the backend order page

    Hi zorem, thanks for the last update. Now it’s really usefull to have a log into notes.

    I’ve another question. In the backend order page, is it possible to ad a button to send an e-mail to customer, only clicking on it?

    I can’t customize the the order status, because otherwise I would no longer be able to monitor the “reports” page of Woocommerce and other things.

    Being able to send only a customizable email, everything would be easier for me.

    Hi Toti,
    The Tracking info is sent in the Shipped (Completed) Status email after you add the tracking info to the order. This email can be customized with email customizer plugins.
    I am not sure I understand what this button should do but if its to trigger email, you have this option in the actions menu.
    The order statuses are included in WC reports.
