Send e-mail alert when user signs in

Recently our sites were migrated to a new host and the platform does not allow the Wordfence plugin because it conflicts with pre-existing security measures.

However, the Wordfence plugin provided a useful feature that now needs to be replaced.

Each time a user would sign in, it would send an e-mail notification to a given address that would list the name of the user, the IP address and location, and the time.

I searched and I was not able to find a (free) plug-in that offers similar functionality.

Does the community have any recommendations? Thanks in advance.
