    You can add multiple email addresses to receive notifications by separating them with a comma:

    one@email.com,two@email.com

    These should be entered into the Admin Email Address setting under Bookings > Settings > Notifications.

    It sounds like maybe you’ve put them in under the Reply-To settings. That can only accept a single email value.

    No, it’s not possible at this time. You may look for a SMS service that allows you to send an SMS notification when an email is received.
