Selling advertisement – searching for a plugin

    Hi folks,

    Does anyone know of a plugin or have a thought about how to do the following:

    – present user with a form to create a job advertisement at a cost
    – have an admin approve ad
    – charge client and automatically post ad to WP-driven website

    Most ad plug-ins I see manage ads by Google and other banner-types. Help!
