When a user places an order, is the payment received by the viewer or me as an administrator?

Using Stripe split payment vendors will receive payment directly. For other payment options Admin will receive and hence vendors have to commission using withdrawal method.

It’s part of WCFM core plugin. You have to setup this. https://docs.wclovers.com/vendor-payment/
