• Is there anyway I can selective enable or disable post preview. For example.

I want to have no post preview up on normally but in some cases I have long posts that would take the whole page up and I would like to put the preview up and allow the reader to click on the full article if wanted but mantain no previews for the rest of my posts.

oh and to clarify when I mean post previews I suppose I mean the post teasers on the front page.

actually nevermind, I found that just updating the timestamp to post the page but not on the front page was a better options for me anyways

Just always use <!--more--> to break out the excerpt. When viewing the full post, you’ll get all the content, but on a (proper) homepage you should see the excerpt chunk with a ‘click for more’ link.
