Selective database list visible by username

    I would like to ask if it is possible to use this plugin to create a database allows:

    1) Allows multiple users (by non-admin user role) to login and input databases comprising of multiple persons.

    2) Allow them to access a list of only the persons they input and no others.

    If that is possible how does one do that?
